This was one of my favorite pregnancy smoothies. Lots of calcium and protein for unborn humans :) Use vanilla yogurt if plain is too sour.

1 banana
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 cup 2% milk
chocolate flavored
